Tim and Nigel went above and beyond to assist me in getting a sale on my brother's property when he was taken into care. The advice and assistance they provided was invaluable, as were the contacts they gave me to help prepare the house for sale. Once on the market, they dealt with prospective purchasers effectively and kept me fully informed of developments, achieving a very quick sale. All in all, their pro-active and sympathetic approach, and efficient and professional manner was a great support to me personally through a very difficult time, made even worse by me not being local and having to work within the confines of a pandemic.
