I have known the Company for several years, because their letting department dealt with my tenants, and have always found them courteous to deal with, honest and tremendously helpful. When it came to selling one of my properties I automatically chose them. It was never going to be an easy sale as I wished to retain the garden, however they succeeded! They were realistic about its pricing ( of course I would have liked more!) and dealt with some tricky customers (who wanted the property for considerably less!) but kept me informed at all stages and took a great deal of the pressure off me.
